The Hail Relief Group is a very highly trained group of companies including Roofing Companies, Roofing Repair Companies, Property Insurance Litigation Attorneys, Public/Private Adjusters, Drone Pilots, and Software Imaging companies, that specialize in saving large sums of money LEGALLY for commercial property owners, on any type of asphalt roofing, after a hailstorm. We will make recommendations based upon your insurance policy, your roof, your deductible size, how many claims have been filed in last 10 years, your Insurance company (they don’t all play by the same rules), and, if you are an HOA, an estimate of how many people have Loss Assessment Insurance. All of these recommendations must be determined PRIOR to filing a claim.

Our second mission and focus will be related to your peace of mind. One common concern that all property owners share is what we call “next time”. Saying to yourself “we’re going to reroof this property now and pay our deductible, our property is going to be a war zone for some period of time, and our tenants or property owners are going to be unhappy. Then, if it hails again next year, we are going to go through the same thing all over again”. We know that’s not a pleasant thought, and we have a solution to the problem. It is called our exclusive “Storm Proof Warranty”, and a copy is included in this booklet. In general, it states that any time your roof is damaged within 5 years from the date of completion, and at a rate of 50% or less, we agree to repair it at no charge to you, and no insurance claim filed!
